Celebrated Design Celebrated designer Karim Rashid unveiled his concept space, created specifically for The Interior Design Show.

Travel + Leisure Magazine Names Winners of Second Annual Design Awards Underscoring the significance of design in the traveler's world, the winners of the Travel + Leisure 2006 Design Awards have been announced today by Nancy Novogrod, editor-in-chief of Travel + Leisure, the world's leading travel magazine. The second-annual awards are posted online and featured in the magazine's March issue, on newsstands February 21. The winners, who will be celebrated at an event at the Cedar Lake Theater in NYC on February 15, were selected from among hundreds of nominations by a jury of six renowned experts in fashion, design and architecture: Barbara Barry, Michael Kors, Richard Meier, Alice Rawsthorn, Calvin Tsao, and Angela Westwater.


Cooper-Hewitt, National Design Museum, New York The Triennial looks at the breaking development and future horizons across the fields of design practice, from architecture, interiors, and landscape design to produce design, graphic design, and fashion.
