The completed School of Business is the result of the successful partnership among SmithGroup, The George Washington Facilities Project Management, and The Whiting-Turner Contracting Company, the project's construction manager. DeMattia provided architectural, construction management and development leasing services for this new 155,220 SF facility on a 33 acre site with 136,000 SF of manufacturing space and 19,220 SF of office area. The building also contains a spacious showroom/lobby and has 11 truck docks and 3 grade level bay doors.
