Easter Lilies Only: Swiss Holidays (all business closes) New Year's Day; Good Friday; Easter Monday; Ascension Day (Thursday, 40 days after Easter); Whit-monday (following 7th Sunday after Easter); Corpus Christi (9th Thursday after Easter); Independence Day (Aug. 1); Christmas.
Austrian Holidays (all business closes) New Year's Day; Epiphany (Jan. 6); Easter Monday; Labor Day (May 1); Ascension Day (Thursday, 40 days after Easter); Whitmonday (7 weeks after Easter Monday) —confirmation coaches, decked with artificial flowers and drawn by two white horses, are seen in all the cities; Corpus Christi (Thursday following the 8th Sunday after Easter)—colorful processions, notably flower floats, on Hallstatt Lake and on the Traunsee, off Gmunden; Assumption (Aug. 15); All Saint's Day (Nov. 1); Christmas and the following day.
I've left out white Madonna or Easter lilies only because I personally find their evening fragrance just a bit too overpowering for my tastes but they, too, make a fine addition to the moonlight garden.
If you have more room try adding a white poppy (Papaver orientale 'Ban's White'), some 30 inches in height. When it goes dormant at the end of July interplant with more cosmos or cleome.
