Edge Design Competition: The Leading Edge Student Design Competition
The Leading Edge Student Design Competition seeks to support and enhance the study of sustainable and energy-efficient building practices in Architectural Education.
Now in its 13th year, they invite students and instructors of Architecture and Design to use the competition as a framework to explore the use of new materials and strategies for building, and the integration of aesthetics and technology for high-performing, cutting edge architecture.

Registration deadline: 2 April 2004.
Submission deadline: 11 June 2004.
Entry fee: None.
Awards: US$7,500 total. Jury: Gregg Ander, Stephen Castellanos, Vivian Loftness, Randall Higa, Rob Hudler and Tony Pierce.
The Competition provides teaching and applied learning experience on principles and requirements of energy-efficient design for tomorrow's design professionals. Open to all students currently enrolled in architecture or environmental design programs.
