Material Blocks:

Material Blocks PATIOS TEND to look better laid in symmetrical, formal designs while wooden decking is an ideal alternative for curved, flowing layouts. Decking has a much more relaxed, informal feel to it than paving. It is a material blocks associated with outdoor living and leisure and, being relatively soft, it is a better material blocks than blocks if you have children. Wood blends in with plants much more than blocks. The texture of blocks contrasts well with that of living material blocks; the one is hard and solid, the other light and full of movement. The two work well together in any garden. There is nothing more attractive than the straight edge of a patio softened by a profusion of trailing plants.

WHEN IT comes to deciding what material blocks to use to build your Wall there are plenty of options, but whatever you choose, make sure it complements the material blockss from which your house is built and the overall style of your garden. You might want the formality of brick or reconstituted stone walling blocks, the rambling informality of natural stones, or the geometric precision of pierced screening blocks. Whichever you choose, remember that a well-built Wall will last you a lifetime, so think carefully before you start. If you are worried, you can always get a professional to do the job instead.

Each lOOlb dry pack of ready-mixed mortar is sufficient to lay about 10 blocks that are 2ft square or about 14 blocks 18in square. The material blocks is used with a fairly dry texture and applied in four generous dabs at the corners of the block: the block is lowered on to the dabs and slid into position. Once you are satisfied with the alignment of the block you can simply tap it down to the required level with the shaft of a drill hammer or any reasonably heavy hammer, compressing the mix by about lin.
